I know I can just look on Craiglist for a used but quality piece of furniture for cheaper. It’s just hard to find something made by a good brand, with the right look – you have to look at exactly the right time on Craigslist.

What do you think is the most realistic option? Other ideas?

He thinks we should clean up after his cat and try to get the smell out ourselves. We need a discrete way of making everything in his room including all furniture smell terrible. Any ideas?
Also… This roomate is the son of the landlord so contacting the landlord isn’t an option.
