Do you just place your furniture in your house however way just so that everything fits, or do you actually place it in a way such that it looks nice?

I personally care about making it look nice, but apparently my dad and older brother doesn’t care and now the living room looks like a mess. And my older brother was like “Who cares! As long as it fits!”

Use a clean pad or cloth to protect the furniture surface from rubber, hot dishes, beverages and bookends.

Rather than dragging your pieces across the furniture surface, lift them up and position them accordingly.

Avoid placing your furniture against direct sunlight. Pull the blinds or have a UV-filtering film fitted to your windows.

Avoid prolonged use of plastic and rubber items on your furniture.

Use coasters, table cloths and plate mats to protect furniture during usage.
