Do you think I should go for a cheap dresser for the baby nursery, where it won’t matter if it gets battered and colored on and chewed and all the other abuse kids put on it, and we would just replace it after a few years when they’re more mature and will take better care of their stuff (hopefully)…

Or do you think I should spend a few hundred and get a nicer, more durable one, knowing that if it gets battered, we will all just have to live with it for years and years and years?

I know I can just look on Craiglist for a used but quality piece of furniture for cheaper. It’s just hard to find something made by a good brand, with the right look – you have to look at exactly the right time on Craigslist.

What do you think is the most realistic option? Other ideas?

Not that I really care, or go with the populous… but I like to understand things… I’m told this is strange and I don’t understand what’s so strange about it…

I’m getting rid of my clutter… which means ex’s dressers… which leaves more room other stuff to unclutter the living room…

I’m also considering: removing all living room furniture, adding a bar and a pooltable and taking on all the local action right here in the house.

Anyway…. what do you folks think?
