From the M5 come off at Junction 27 and head for Tiverton down the A361 dual carriageway.
Keep on this road until it ends at a roundabout.
Take the first left and after a couple of hundred yards at the next roundabout take the second exit.
Go past the school on the right another hundred yard and there's one more roundabout where you need to take the last exit onto Kennedy Way.
Look for the left turn just after Tops Tiles. We're at the end of the row off units.
If you come to a mini roundabout you've gone too far. Go around the mini roundabout and take the immediate right turn to enter the retail site.
